- Try to eat fresh, organic food. Allow yourself to eat when you are hungry instead of starving yourself. Try to eat healthy foods without preservatives.


- Stop rushing and start enjoying each day. Stop once in awhile from your work and visualize your outcome and enjoy the moment what you are doing.


- Keep a positive attitude. Running a business often face many difficulties but keeping a positive attitude throughout the day helps you keep going.


Maintaining your health is the key to your success. No matter how good your business is going, if your health is not keeping up with your work, it will halt your success.
